Baby or Milestone sessions take place at the studio and is all about varying facial expressions and little details. Outfits from the client closet can be provided, if you would like (mostly dresses, and “girlie” outfits for the time being, but I am working on adding “boy” items). The goal is a stress-free, fun and loving experience for everyone. It is primarily for just baby, but a family and sibling shot are included for those who want it. A milestone session typically happens during the first 18 months of life at 3, 6, 9, 12 and/or 18 months of age. These include an outfit change or two (maybe some bare butt shots in between!) as well as a series of headshots that concentrate solely on baby’s face/expressions.
This session can take place at the location of your choice, be it a park, your home, your back yard - your choice, if the studio is not preferred. You are required to get any required permission or permits needed for a cake smash if you plan to use a public location and include a cake smash in your photoshoot.
