Newborn sessions are designed to be calm, baby-led, and fully guided from start to finish. My focus is on creating a relaxed experience for your family and a timeless final gallery you’ll love for years — without rushing, pressure, or stress. Each session is tailored to your family’s needs, creating artwork you’ll proudly display for years.
All sessions include:
Lifetime print release for you and your family to print and share as you wish.
Custom Online Gallery to select and download images.
Custom Online Print Store to share with friends and family.
Option to purchase additional photos from your gallery.
You may combine a maternity + newborn photos as a Bump-to-Baby session.
50% of selected package must be paid as a non-refundable retainer to book your session. Remainder paid within one day prior.
When to Schedule Your Newborn Session
It’s best to reserve your newborn session during the second trimester—after your anatomy scan—to ensure availability. Once scheduled, I’ll guide you through everything leading up to your session so nothing feels overwhelming. Plan for the session to take place at within the first two weeks after delivery, with 5-10 days being the sweet spot.
Newborn Session Details + Info
Newborn sessions last as long as necessary to capture the best images of your new bundle.
Sessions are always baby-led (or toddler-led) and unhurried, with plenty of time built in for feeding, soothing, and breaks as needed.
Mini sessions are typically under an hour total. Full sessions can last up to 3 hours. Coffee, refreshments and snacks are stocked for you and your family during your session.
Heirloom Family Newborn Session
$900
Best suited for families who want a complete newborn gallery including parent and sibling images as well as multiple poses of baby with and without a wrap/swaddle.
Multiple set-ups using buckets, baskets, and other props with a variety of wraps, plus various unwrapped poses in a studio-provided outfit or unclothed, if preferred.
Family, parent, and sibling images are included, in any combination, if desired.
Typically lasts 2–3 hours, depending on baby and siblings, allowing for the greatest variety and a cohesive final gallery.
25 digital images that you select from a curated gallery of at least 40 fully edited photos.
The number of unwrapped images captured depends on your baby, and all goals are approached safely and without stress. The studio is kept warm for your newborn’s comfort during unwrapped poses, so for Heirloom sessions, you may want to bring a change of clothes.
Classic Swaddled Family Newborn Session
$700
Best suited for families who want beautifully posed swaddled newborn portraits with parent and sibling images in a more streamlined session. Baby remains wrapped/swaddled for the entire session.
Multiple set-ups using buckets, baskets, and other props with a variety of wraps and styling.
Family, parent, and sibling images are included, in any combination.
Typically lasts 1.5–2.5 hours, depending on baby and siblings, allowing time for a calm, thoughtfully paced session.
15 digital images that you select from a curated gallery of at 25-35 fully edited photos.
Timeless Petite Newborn Session
$450
Best suited for families who want beautiful, baby-only newborn portraits with a simpler curated gallery. There are no family, sibling or parent photos included.
Baby remains swaddled through the entire session.
Up to three set-ups using a variety of props, baskets, wraps, and styling.
Expect up to 60 minutes total studio time, depending on baby’s cooperation.
6 digital images that you select from a curated gallery of 15-20 fully edited photos.
Each session includes a thoughtfully curated gallery where you take the lead in the chosen downloads. You will recieve your private gallery link within two weeks of your session. Many families choose to add additional images to fully preserve this fleeting stage of life. Additional images may be purchased following your gallery delivery.
